Word now is that RoJo just contacted the scUM coaches.

 

According to my U-M source (I live in Michigan, its the best I can do), Johnson is not at all happy with the way his mom has interfered with this.

 

All he had for me was that nothing is over, yet. But RoJo did initiate the contact. Whether it was good or bad contact, I don't know.

Parents can be sooooooo annoying in the recruiting process.

Do recruits remember that Florida only showed up to play one game the entire season?

 

 

Seriously, watching them skirt by, game after game, was pathetic. The only other team they looked dominant against was Southwestern Carolina state trade school and Tire care center.

 

There was serious talk of if they even deserve to be there. Now they are a college powerhouse because OSU bought their own hype and forgot to show up for the game?

FYI... I heard the same thing about the muskegon coaches hiding mail from ROJO...

 

That was one reason why rojo DID favor (possibly silently commit to) UM.. he felt they were the only ones interested in him when he had a torn ACL his junior year and out of loyalty, favored them. However, once his family found out the mail was being hidden, that reason for favoring UM was gone...

 

I havent heard anything about rojo at odds w/ his mom.. if anything, his mom is protecting him from all the UM coaches (as well as all the other schools)... this may be a UM spin on the situation, but who knows

They handeled LSU pretty easily as well... 23-10 was the final score but LSU was not really in it. Russel played like crap, LSU defense kept it somewhat close.

Michigan is apparently for sure out again, and he's officially down to USC and Florida according to my Michigan-fan friends.
