A friend of mine, an alumni from UF, just told me that Trattou was visiting Gainesville this weekend. Would be pretty rough losing him to Cryer.

The guy is very reliable, a true recruitnik... I wouldn't be suprised. We have a new D coordinator, we are switching to a 3-4....He may feel more comfortable playing in a 4-3 for a national champion.

thats possible or he might be pulling a reashon mcneil and be heading their just for a vacation.

Wow. This makes me nervous. I'd hate to lose Trattou.

When will we start getting some good news?

we probbly wont be unless it has to do with the '08 class.

I'll take that.

Justin is 110% IRISH.

I have checked everywhere. No where and no one is saying he is going to visit UF this weekend. I think your friend is playing games with you. Go Irish!!!

I also heard something on ESPN that Everson Griffen was visiting UF. It seems like players will use up their officials just to be sure of their decisions. Maybe he can convince Lorenzo to change his decision.

I don't know if moving from a 4-3 to a 3-4 would change the type of DEs that we would need and would affect Trattou's decision.

trattou fits the mold of a DE in a 3-4 scheme.

No worries. A very good family friend is a 4-star OL who committed with Alabama last year. His family bleeds Crimson red, but he took very late official visits. In his words, and I do paraphrase, 'It's a freebie, and you're treated like a king, so why not sit back and enjoy?' Now, if Trattou is paying his own way, watch out!

Florida board review of visitors this weekend. Trattou's name is not mentioned. They say that Peters is visiting and that academics are a big reason why ND and GT are involved with him. They feel that he can be pushed into committing this weekend. That would turn me off. Of course i'm a pudgy 5-8, balding, father of 4 so they prolly wouldn't be all that interested anyway...

Absolutely what I was thinking. He'd be perfect.

I am 100% sure that he is visiting Florida.

Why is there not any info anywhere to be found on this. I find this very hard to believe. What is your source Sunshine?

Because the prospect in question wants to keep it as quiet as possible. He will be in Gainesville this weekend if he isn't there already.

Sunshine the question was your source?

It isn't some super-secret source but at the same time I can't let it out. My guess is that the news will break sometime today.

Not a snowballs chance in hell he doesn't sign with Notre Dame on LOI day.

I respect that. I will still be very shocked if he is in Florida this weekend.
