He is one of the top CB's in the nation and committed to Clemson. He is considering taking some visits. ND is one of them.

Yup on Jan. 20th I believe. I've wanted this kid badly ever since I heard he might official. Aside from being a top corner with amazing speed and quickness, he's said to be one hell of a return man....both of which ND can use.

According to the latest AMP piece, he said he's solid w/ Clemson.

 

But then again, the words of 17-18 year old kids shouldn't be trusted, IMO. And I'm 19

What other uncommitted recruits will be visiting on January 20th?

I have heard that Major Wright is on the 19th.

Joe McKnight is around that date.

Do we ussually get this many kids to visit this late in the game?I don't remember last year this happening.Hopefully they come and get ND and hopefully we could get one of them.

I think there might even be 1 or 2 more kids coming in. Unfortunately though, of those 3 I think that we've probably got the best chance with Gilchrist, and he's committed to another school. CW will need to warm up that golf cart for sure, hopefully it doesn't snow.

This thread needs to stay at the top until this kid makes his visit, b/c we really could use another stud CB in this class.

Yeah, I heard McNight pretty much said we don't fit with him. Do you have new news Rock? That would be awesome if you did. Though it wouldn't address the more pressing need of serious D-line, backer and secondary help.

I wasn't impressed with McKnight today.

GG starts classes at ND next week, and I think that he could be a huge asset to us when Gilchrist makes his visit to us. Both guys are from the Carolinas and will they will probably have a lot in common. Hopefully GG has an awesome time at ND so he can give a good report to Gilchrist.
