Damn, it feels like we are running out of room here! Those guys who shark all named would be huge additions to the team. Hopefully we do manage one of these three though....McKnight, M. Smith, and Gilchrist.

McKnight keeps getting overlooked......I realize that the general consensus is LSU/USC but if McKnight is visiting ND in January, you never know.

 

You wouldn't think he'd go to South Bend in the middle of winter just for the free trip.

 

If he is coming, then ND has a shot.

IT's a wonderful thing. Just a month ago people we scared that ND might not get 20. Now it's looking like we might have to be pretty picky about who we let in. All ND need is to land atleat 4 of these 6 on defense (m.smith, wilson, donald, martin and blackwell, h.smith ) and we will be in great shap for the future. Blackwell, donald, wilson and or martin are must to me.

I hate to be the guy caught up with "star" ratings, but isn't every guy except Dever a 4 star or better? That would mean a class of 25 with only 5 3 star guys and the rest 4 stars or better??? That's remarkable if you think about it. Just take a look at what Willingham did and its literally night and day.

absolutely right weisforprez. also, most of the three stars weis picked up came on board early. they all are very likely under rated. also the LB's we picked up run 4.5's and are 220 lbs (perfect stats for the position). Nuss is a solid offensive lineman and a Jersey kid. and as for williams, i think our depth chart tells us just how much we need him. also, those who have seen his film say he is a definite stud. its hard not to be pleased with how this class is coming along.

I thought Nuss was from Virginia. Is he from NJ?

SJ, are you still sold that Romine is Irish? I worry about losing him to OU..

I am sure atrain, time is crunching down but that's the word i get. I sure know there is no wave in the public system for him. But i am confidant.
