It seems like Notre Dame football is at a major crossroads, with significant changes happening after an impressive 14-2 season. Despite the success, it's clear that the program's staff turnover is creating some big challenges for head coach Marcus Freeman. But it also looks like Freeman is working diligently to navigate these changes by bringing in some strong new hires.

What's Covered

  • Chris Ash replaces Al Golden

  • Ja’Juan Seider is a big get

  • Mike Martin at GM

  • Building for Long-Term Success

Great article, @FaithInIrish Forever!

I feel Freeman is making all the right moves, and I would be surprised if it doesn’t lead to Notre Dame winning a title by 2027 at the latest!

I think the moves are very much in Freeman's Character.

  • Ash- Ohio State tree. Won't take the defense out of Freeman's mold to far.

  • Seider- said talking to Freeman was like talking to himself

  • Martin- Pro personnel guy for the lions most compliment his organizational skills
