Hey fellas, I know we are less that 24 hours from the National Championship loss but let’s get our positive vibe back, the future is BRIGHT! Did anything happen in 2024-2025 that sticks out to you that you will be talking about for years to come? Something you will be telling your kids and/or grandkids about. “I remember back in the 24/25 season when… “

For me it had to be the 2-pick sixes in the 4th quarter vs USC. That game was back and forth and when Christian Gray ran it back, the mood in the house was glorious! Then top it off with X running down the sideline chirping at the USC bench for another pick 6! I will be talking about that for years, I am sure.

What say you?

GO IRISH!

That’s a great one to remember for sure, because those two back to back pick sixes were insane! Our house was rocking too! 😝

For me, it was Notre Dame winning their first ever CFP game, then winning their first NY6 bowl game in over 30 years, while beating Georgia for the first time ever, and winning their first ever Orange Bowl! Amazing!

The 24/25 season will be one to remember for a long time to come despite the way it ended. At least we know the team is heading in the right direction, and we know Freeman will be back to win it all sooner rather than later!

Go Irish!!!

I agree 100%. This was a season to remember no doubt about it!

Loved the back-to-back pick 6s. For me, Jeremiyah Love hurdle vs. USC. Also, Talich (I think) had a special teams tackle that made my teeth rattle, I think it was against Penn St.

Price had a great touchdown against SC this year to go with his kickoff return TD last year, I think he just has a deep buried hate of SC that fuels his subconscious.

That Talich hit was freaking awesome. A collective OOOOOOOH from my son and I could be heard throughout the neighborhood! Good stuff man those are great plays to remember.

Those are good ones, for sure! Excited to keep watching these young guys develop!

As painful as N. Illinois was, it defines the season. That whole roster is better for having experienced that, overcome it, and accomplishing all that they did. It will be part of who they are individually in life, and as they continue to build this team.

What I will always remember about this season:

In one season, ND beat: Texas A&M, Florida State, USC, Georgia, and Penn State.

There were certainly other good wins in there too, but beating that lineup is pretty special. I can’t remember a season where ND beat that quantity of teams like that. I do understand that Florida State had a down year, USC had a bit of a down year, and A&M ended up losing 5 games. 10 years from now, though, I won’t remember what the records of those teams was. I’ll just remember ND beat 5 upper echelon, name brand teams.

True Thats a good point. It just sounds good when you say it HAHA

GO IRISH!

My missing the scoop and score to kick off the Virginia game due to leaving my seat because I had to squirt. Everyone in my row laughed at me…
