James Franklin stresses CFP uniformity: 'Everybody should be in a conference'

Franklin jabs at ND, says CFP needs uniformity

Penn State coach James Franklin stressed the need for uniformity around college football, especially as it relates to the College Football Playoff, and said every team should be in a conference.

PSU only played 5 away games.

PSU gets extra days to prepare for the quarterfinals game against ND.

IU and Ohio State didn’t play in a conference championship game.

IU’s schedule was objectively weaker than PSU’s

The current player compensation is not uniform between teams.

If you want uniformity, go to the NFL, you fucking twat.

I want a reporter to ask him “Coach, given your easy path to the quarterfinals, what kind of advantages has that given your team?”

Imagine being 36 hours away from the cfp semifinal and you’re so butthurt that you can’t stop talking about Notre Dame joining a conference. Not our fault your school had to beg the big10 for inclusion because you couldn’t cut it as an independent

So he’s a communist… Noted…. In America, we believe that with big risk comes big reward (or loss), but nobody does it better than Notre Dame.

Conferences are share the wealth socialism.

ND risked the first-round bye and got a fat reward in the form of 14M unshared money from beating Georgia, if I am not mistaken. I’m with you brother, ND is living the American dream.

Pretty sure that there are four conference champs who ended up playing as many games as ND going into the quarter-finals. Granted, they are watching tomorrow from their couches like me, but they got the same privilege that ND did, I mean aside from the fat payday.

Oh, I saw that too! Why join a conference when they can have all that money to themselves! It’s a no brainer, and everyone else is jealous!

And Franklin saying, “This isn’t a knock at (Freeman) or Notre Dame, but I think everybody should be in a conference,” is 100% a knock at (Freeman) and Notre Dame! It’s just like saying, “With all due respect,” but then as always go on to say something disrespectful! 🙄😂

Franklin is a total clown, and so weird! His presser with Freeman was awkward as hell!
