I really wish this game was against Miami like it was originally supposed to be. I’d prefer the chance at a top 10 win against a team that is currently a playoff team rather than a top 25 team who likely won’t be ranked after losing.

Army IS 9-0. You cannot dismiss that.

But…

here’s who they’ve played: Lehigh, Florida Atlantic, Rice, Temple, Tulsa (that leaves a bad taste), UAB, E. Carolina, Air Force, and North Texas.

I don’t know anything about Army this year (or any year, really). ND should win this game. There will likely be a lot of eyes on it. Just don’t screw around, don’t get cutesy. Just dominate.

Both Notre Dame and Army are playing this weekend for a chance to be in the playoffs. The loser is out. The winner still has a chance.

I’ll settle for one upset by Indiana over the Buckeyes. I think if ND wins out, it will have a home playoff game even if Indiana wins.

I do agree if Notre Dame wins out, they’ll be seeded to have a home playoff game for the first round. I’m thinking they’ll be seeded 6th or 8th, and playing either Alabama or Georgia.

Man, I would so love for an SEC team like those 2 to have to come to South Bend in late December! 1, because the last two against Alabama were bad. 2, because I want Notre Dame to finally beat Georgia!
