Tough news. I don't remember him getting hurt during the game.

I don't remember it either.  Moore is up next.  It's time for him to shine.

Wow. Just crazy. I’m starting to look at the S&C coach now. Injuries happen but this is a little bit worrisome.
If Mickey could stayed one more game…

with all due respect...injuries in one of the most physical sports are bound to happen...I'm not a fan of questioning SandC coaching

One of my favorite players. This sucks! Probably never see him on the ND field again. Good luck Benjamin! Wishing you the best!

I noted this earlier that the new S&C guy had extraordinary injury problems with the Broncos and this is the worst rash of season ending injuries I can remember.

I believe he was fired for the injuries. Something to note as Frankus said.

This is a huge loss, and I feel bad for him. Still wish him all the best!

there is a faction that believes he was scapegoated... he has a stellar resume prior to Denver.

If the injuries that have hit many starters on the team this year were indeed the fault of the strength and conditioning coach, what would he have done or failed to do that likely caused such injuries?  Thanks.

I thought HCMF was getting a little misty-eyed talking about it.  Seems unlikely he'd elect to play another year at ND, but he was a good one!  Fun to watch, great kid, wish him luck!  Christian Gray is fantastic, Moore has been a great surprise!  We are thin, though.

Even if Hobbs steps up, and Jordan Clark lines up at CB in some situations, it's going to be tough sledding just to get through the season and keep them healthy.  Those 3 are going to be battle-tested, though.  And next year with Dallas Golden and Mark Zackery joining that group, it's going to be the most talented group of young CB's we've ever had.

For sure.

And even sooner with the lack of depth.  Staff will be working to keep this together and not expose the youngsters too much.  I'm expecting it's done with blitzes, and Golden certainly has some cool schemes, just sucks we couldn't wait until USC and playoffs to throw it at them.
