Big kudos to the job they've done. Player rotation (esp. on defense) played a part, but in that heat for the # of A & M starters, who should be used to it, yet went down with injuries (fatigue a contributor there) and what looked like cramping, versus none that I saw on the ND side, speaks volumes. Tommy Moffitt, their guy is a good one, but just got there last year during the end of the Fisher mess. I'm sure he'll square it away, but that usually takes 2-3 years. In this game S&C was a significant contributor to the win IMO. Hats off to Coach Landow  and his staff.

The boys were really ready to go.

It was mentioned a few times about how big their OL was compared to our DL.  Well size can work against you in certain conditions like tonight.  Having our guys properly prepped as well as having the depth to rotate bodies and keep fresh bodies out their was huge.  We may not be getting all the top ranked recruits, but what this staff has done has stocked the cupboard with quality depth on all three levels for the Defense.  In my lifetime, that has not been the case since Lou.  Freeman knows you win championships with defense.  Very impressed with our D.
