"Here Come the Irish" is now streaming on Peacock

The show will be on Peacock and premieres on August 29th.

    It sounds like there will be two episodes before the season, and the rest of the episodes will air after the season (Freeman reportedly did not want this to be a distraction during the season). I was a huge fan of the Showtime series in 2015, so I can't wait to watch this. All episodes on Peacock (although, I'm guessing they will become available on YouTube sometime later).

    I’m super pumped! I really loved ‘A Season with Notre Dame Football’ on Showtime during the 2015 season.

    From what I remember being reported by Irish Breakdown its one episode released 8/29 the Thursday before the A&M game, a bunch of episodes released in December at the conclusion of the regular season, and then one more episode released in January after the NCG.  Can't wait to watch but man what a tease its going to be for a while haha.

    I felt like this season I would be able to be detached and not get upset over recruiting, wins and losses, etc… but they just keep pulling me back in.

    I was thinking that too, because the 2015 season was pretty damn special. Zaire goes down in the second game, and we all thought, welp, there goes the season. Then Kizer steps in, and dude shines! Two games by a total of four points was the difference in going undefeated and to the CFP. Let’s be serious though, ND could have made it in if they had beat Stanford at the end of the season. I still blame Van Gorder for that terrible play call that helped set Stanford up for their game winning field goal. Well, that and Tillery’s face mask!! 🤬

    My point is I felt NDFB took that show as motivation to play really well, and to me it showed. I feel they could do the same here with this show, but I still trust Freeman’s making the right decision. He is the head coach, right!? 😂
