I'm sure it's different for everyone, but I have to believe winning is just as important as ever. They should all have NFL aspirations, especially the 4 and 5 star recruits.

Playing in primetime games, the playoffs, and winning a Natty go a long way for these guys in reaching that goal.

I just don't know anymore.  Every kid is different.  The programs that win a lot also have some of the deepest pockets and can afford big NIL payrolls, thereby getting high end recruits in bunches.

I think that having a path to NFL success is #1.
