How about Ozzy Osborne Stadium?  I mean we almost single-handedly recharted Crazy Train, that's got to be worth something right...

It seems like an odd deal in my opinion. How does it benefit ND other than getting ~$1.2 million per year? ND isnt hurting for money and that amount of money is not likely to turn heads.

If ND sold naming rights, they would get more than FIU's $6M.

Fair, but how does it benefit ND or the players other than generating buzz for a week or so? Would this money be allowed to go straight to a NIL fund?

I dont know, this just seems like a desperate move by FSU to generate clicks for a short period of time, but maybe I am missing something.

I would be OK with Rockne Stadium given that it is the house that Knute built.

I did think of that one as well.  Rockne Field at Notre Dame Stadium or something like that.  But I meant as far as a sponsorship naming rights.  F that.
