• Money(I don't keep track)
• Support staff(growing I guess)
• University Support(NEW AD)
• Educational Support(closed doors but hear the player interviews mature throughout the classes)
• Travel and Logistics
• Alumni Relations
• Tickets
• Players Family support
• Academic progress
• Career planning

 

 

I think the most popular thing to do is focus on winning and acquiring talent (recruiting and portal) but all these other things exist.

 

12-20 guys have a shot at the NFL from the ND roster each year. So ND has to win these other areas too.

For Notre Dame to win it all, they will need every position group to play well and be a factor. I say that because when one doesn’t play well, then neither will the whole team. Last year was a perfect example, because the offense struggled, while special teams and defense played really well. We all know it was mostly defense, but I know everyone get’s my point. To me, this is what will get them over the top and be great!
