Guest TDJesus3
i dont see it happening today stay relaxed everything is fine, this is how the process works with the big boys, we are doing about the same as USC as long as offers aren't going out then everything is fine i just dont feel like there is any reason for any of the guys visiting today to go public or commit on the spot, but who knows i could be wrong
irishwavend
It's not about comparing ourselves with other teams, its about having something fun to read...this non-committing stuff is boring. Somebody just needs to throw us a bone, because reading about a verbal seems to be like getting a christmas gift to open early.
NDFan3
I wouldnt' be surprised to see Romine finally make it offiicial. However, I keep thinking about that quote from one of Weis pressers about how recruiting was going and he joked that it may be all wrapped up already. Obviously he was joking, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear that we've got 5 or 6 silents already.
MikejND
On ESPNU last night, and FWIW Tom Luginbill said he would be asbolutely shocked if Best doesn't end up at ND. I dont know how credible he is, I know some people have questioned him.
NDFan3
Jahvid Best right? That would be pretty awesome. We could use a speed merchant like him, but I wonder if we are falling out of the race for Allen? If we coudl get Best, Allen, and Tate we would be an incredibly explosive team. Guest Champion10
In terms of speed backs my wishlist goes like this(even though unlikely) Joe McKnight(I know he is a long shot but I think he could be really good) Armando Allen Javid Best

Most of you guys are probably at the game already...good for you. Save me a seat...I will be there one day, before I go with God. Again, I am fully in your corner on this matter. How does it go..."If it ain't broke, don't fix it?" Well I am not reading anything substantial to suggest we are broke. It seems to me that we can look at this recruiting game pretty much like poker. Alot of the programs would love to hold their cards (recruits) until the end...hoping to bluff and cause others to over guess what's in their hand...making for some to hit that panic button? Hoping you have a fantastic day, recruits continue to be influenced by what we do and for an Irish win!

Would be nice to add speed like this with the power backs we currently have on board and possibly will have...Hughes?
Guest TDJesus3
hey champ, word going around is the staff is putting the press on McKnight they really want him and are really trying hard to make up ground, hopefully we can get a visit out of him

GwoodND
Miller was pumped at the game and singing the fight song...yay That sounds like some great news FROSH.Can you give us any other update on the recruits at the game?
FROSH
definitely the most pumped up group of recruits we've had all year, it would be hard not get an adrenaline rush in that stadium though. this is one of the only games i didn't look over the profiles of the players that were coming, so i can't give you any more specific people, but it looks good. i'm still tingling
rdrdreamer
It Is A Fantastic Day To Be An Irish Fan!!! A win like this is one to wake the ghosts of Notre Dame. Defense was stellar in the forth quarter...time management was superb...the players beleived they could and would win...And win we did in such a climatic fashoin that it was sure to inspire even the skeptics! TheRizz
There was a "squip" in the South Bend Trib today about Gerald Jones possibly attending the game today. Does anyone have information on if he actually made the trip?
