I guess he wasn’t holding the program back after all. So glad ND has a pair of cool coaches that don’t know how to make adjustment at half. Oh but the players love them? Yeah, great. Honeymoon is over. Freeman better step it the frig up bc this was a disgrace. He should be ashamed.

Dude, I’m as mad as I’ve been post loss since the last Michigan loss. Freeman has been the head coach for under a month. No one (with a brain) thought the team would suddenly become bama.

Haven’t you spent legitimately seasons complaining about ND fans hoping ND loses because they hate Kelly? It’s sure looks like you are celebrating an ND loss you sack of shit.

I’m with Elder on this one… this one single bowl game without a couple of our best players is more than enough evidence to come to such a conclusion.

Yeah, it’s Freeman’s first game as a head coach, and yeah, BK has literally never won an important post season game in his life, and yeah, this falls in line with our time honored tradition of losing to schools called OSU in the Fiesta Bowl but we now know for certain that that BK wasn’t the problem.

I’d go as far to say the if BK is head coach this game he definitely probably maybe doesn’t blow it like Freeman did and that’s enough for me

Did Kelly ever lose a 21 point lead? ND kept making progress under him, but bc he was an a hole, you wanted him fired for not being able to beat the elite in college football. But yeah having a nice guy who loses to mediocre teams is much better.

I didn’t think they’d be Bama but I didn’t think they’d fall apart against a “good” Ok St team.

And I’m not celebrating anything, I’m pissed bc all of you who took pleasure in ND losing to own Kelly won’t be accountable for your stupidity

Get the frig out of here with” my stupidity.” Who are you “holding accountable?” I legitimately love that you get online after a bad loss and you think you being a cunt is “holding people accountable.”

Edit: since when is the f word edited to frig fair enough I guess

I think you misunderstood me.

I loved that BK was an a hole. His teams would have been WAY too scared to blow a 21 point lead. Fear and hate are both much stronger motivators than love.

For the record, I never wanted him to be fired. You can go back and look at my post history, I wanted him to stay here forever. I’m totally fine winning 10-11 regular season games a year. I don’t need any more than that, as long as ND is in the national conversation I’m happy

Yeah bc Kelly’s replacements did such a great job. We should have all the confidence in the world the noodle brained OC will develop a QB when he’s yet to do that in 5 yrs.

Elder you're hilarious, and clueless.  You do realize Tom Rees is regarded as one of the top up and coming offense minds in college.  Why is that?  Its because of developing Ian Book.  Well regarded, and was up for OC positions and there was talk about HC in  few years.  Now you may disagree, but who cares about your opinion?  Reality is experts in the NCAA with years of player and coach evaluation say Tom Rees is an up and comer.  So sit the frig down!

Again, we are under a month removed from Kelly bolting (like he tried to do the week before the 2012 national championship game.) This game was bad and will be remembered as a terrible start to a bad hire or a weird start to a promising/great hire.

But you have to recognize that Kelly wanted to make the “noodle brained OC” the highest paid OC in college football right?
