Ok maybe this meme needs polishing, but I think it's pretty funny. I just made it in Adobe.

I'm eccentric and my wife tells me I'm weird AF so not offended if you don't think it's funny.

Hahaha, it gave me a good laugh. Living in Steelers (and Eagles 🤢) country, I may appreciate this a bit more than others. 😅

I love how pissed off he was when asked the question..

When he said why don’t you ask Sean Payton these questions.. like he was offended because he knows the media thinks he’s the token young black and relatable HC who would translate to the college game almost discrediting his coaching ability/achievements in the NFL. Which is back handed and maybe a bit racist.. most people think you just have to refrain from saying the N word to not look racist but a lot of it is what you say and how you say it.

I would have been pissed also and love his response. That dude tells it like it is and is perfect for Pittsburgh.

you can’t pay me enough to coach 18-21 yr olds lol.

I absolutely agree with this statement. And most Steelers fans I know want Tomlin gone. I think he isn't the best when it comes to discipline & managing diva star players. But as a coach, he's been rock solid. That ownership retains good coaches for decades. And Tomlin has won as many Super Bowls as guys like Pete Carrol, Andy Reid, and Sean Payton. But too many fans think Belichick's grow on trees. But that run is the anomoly, not the expectation.

It’s odd. I have no dog in the fight but I see it differently. I’ve seen a team since Cohwer left that had progressively gotten worse and worse. His best years were right after Cohwer. They had dominant teams. They don’t seem as dominant to me now.

I could see it from both sides. The fact that they didn't win when they had Leveon Bell, Antonio Brown, and Big Ben in their prime soured a lot of fans and would've soured me as well. They aren't as dominate as they have been in years past, but they still started the season 11-0 just last season I believe, before completely falling apart at the end. If there was one major misstep Tomlin made, it was not having a succession plan in place for Ben's replacement. The problem is that the Steelers have only made one Conference Championship game in the past decade (2016). So, whatever it is, they're struggling come playoff time.

I think the Dick Lebeau retirement hurt too. That guy could coach defense. But yeah, that’s what I’ve seen too. One conference championship with all that talent seems to hurt.
