Really want to keep Rees, Elston, Balis, and Taylor. I have no strong opinion of the DBs coaches either way to be honest.

If Freeman chewed Kelly's ass I have a tough time seeing Kelly trying to make him the highest paid coordinator in the business.

 

Not saying it isn't true because business is business, but seems less likely. 

Can you offer Tommy right now? As much as I want to my guess is no. Unless they already have an open dialog with the for sure next coach I don't think they are in a position to make it happen.
