Lets see.

The Friday game Iowa v Maryland has potential to be a good one.
I hope Georgia v Arkansas will be a good game, cheering for Arkansas.
Wisconsin v Michigan will show us how good each team is. Michigan has been very good and very mediocre this season.
As much as a hate Kiffin, Ill still be rooting for him in the Alabama v Ole Miss game. I dont hate him enough to root Bama. Tired of seeing them winning.
Florida v Kentucky will be a blowout more than likely. Not expecting much there.
Baylor v Ok St should be a fun game to watch, does not matter who wins to me, but the winner will be in prime position to overthrow Oklahoma.
Penn State v Indiana will probably frustrate me because IU has not been playing up to their potential this year, but this is exactly the type of game to put them back in the rankings and get people talking again. I had high hopes for Penix coming into this year, but he has been so up and down.

Yup. Can't asked for more on a Friday night. Little surprised Maryland isn't in the top 25. Not saying they should be top 10 or even 20, but they are undefeated and did beat a pretty solid WV team that almost beat OK, and beat a top 25 VT.

I'd love to see Iowa go down in general, but also because it helps ND move up should we beat Cinci.

I'm all aboard the Pig Sooie train, but have a ton of UGA friends. Just really want a good game.

Hope Michigan gets smacked around. Their Passing O has been awful when I've had the chance to watch them. Probably an ugly game all about the Ds. Regardless, UM should not be 14th...

Hate seeing Bama win another natty, but hate Kiffin more lol.

IU may have an upset in them. Penix hopefully is coming around. PSU always seems to choke. They have a road trip to Iowa next week, so hopefully looking ahead.

Based on "Others receiving votes", Maryland is Top 30 so they are getting a little respect from at least some of the voters.

Yup. Just think there are a few teams that made the 25 who have similar or worse resumes.

Agreed. Schools like Clemson and Auburn are benefiting from their "brand recognition". Some of that will shake itself out over next few weeks as more games are played. Auburn for one has games left at LSU, vs Georgia, at Arkansas, vs Ole Miss, at Texas A&M, & vs Alabama so it will be interesting to see if they can avoid 3 more losses.

Yup. And it feels like there is so much parity this year (except for top tier).

Even smaller conferences have raised the level lately.

Transfer portal has had impacts all over the place too.

Maryland up 7-0.

Go Terps

UGA playing big boy defense.

Oooooooooffff

UGA having a bacon/sausage sandwich with extra sooooie sauce.

Destroying Arkansas early in every phase including a STs TD lol

------------------------------

scUM up 7-0 over Wiscy early

  • Author

Yup. I have a feeling though scUM won't be able to score TDs much without gimmicks.

But yes, nice gimmick for sure.

They just failed to capitalize on a major gift from Wiscy.

Vols playing like some expected to them to play on O with the new Coach, Josh the Heupel.

Yup make the UGA 24-0 and the UM score 10-0. Tend to think ND's early schedule  was overrated, lets hope that continues today.

UM/Wiscy is early. None of scUM's points were traditionally gotten.

At the end of the day, doesn't matter where the pts come from, but still a lot of time for Wiscy to get back into it. Only a TD down. Both teams live on their D this year. If scUM can score a TD on this drive, it might change things.

Our O will be better for playing Wiscy and Cinci early. Great Ds. Wiscy had the best D in the B10 last year, and we all know about Cinci's D.

KY up over Gators by 10 with 6 and change to go.

FL in the RZ getting ready to kick a FG, so still within reach.

Don't usually cheer for KY, but I am right now.

Gators, TAMU, and Oregon down.

OK looks like sheet. Too bad we stepped on our dicks today.

2/3 my parlays took a shite Friday night.

the other 4 team parlay ended in Athens.

and ND got beat. Overall sucky weekend.

Sucks.  Except for Bama, this season is really looking wide open for the taking.  And we can't beat a top 10 AAC team.
