November 19, 20203 yr comment_720683 Any idea on why he’s rated as 3 star?? He “looks” better than that but I’m not sure I know what I’m talking about. Lol.
November 19, 20203 yr comment_720684 good pickup for ND, looks like a real solid LB. but to be honest it's hard to get excited when he's going to leave after his freshman year to take his mission and then return for the 2024 season.

Lack of camps hurt a lot of evaluations. ND has some solid eyes in Hawaii. Some good offers. In Lea we trust on this one. Edited November 20, 20203 yr by Big23Head

November 20, 20203 yr comment_720714 Good pickup. Film reviews were positive on him, and he fits what Lea looks for in lbs. He could end more as a mlb based off things I've read. Welcome to Notre Dame Kahuna Kia!!

Is this set in stone? I remember Manti had the same situation and it was decided that playing football for Notre Dame was his "mission". Maybe it'll be the same here.

Maybe it'll be the same here. Its never set in stone until they leave. Most commonly with missions they come for one year, leave for two, then come back. Also, after they come back, transfers seem to occur at a higher rate, ala Chris Badger.
December 3, 20203 yr comment_721273 I hate to stereotype but you rarely have drama with the Hawaiian recruits. They also always seem to be high motor max effort players. Just not as many of them as a lot of other states.
