Get used to it was something Kelly told fans years ago. I'm firmly there. I am used to little to no QB development as they progress through our program. I'm used to a predictable offense. Coaching errors that should mystify me coming from a coach with 30+ years experience but it doesn't.

Congrats.

The qb development is mind boggling. This program will never win a major bowl game or game of meaning until it gets fixed.

Just the second coat of paint. Year 10 your expectations are to high.

Kelly said he applied the first coat of paint. Did he ever make it to the second coat?

No, just trying to explain what i see with my eyes and chalking it up to more paint being required.

There’s no way around this criticism, Kelly has not done a good job of developing QB talent. However, I wonder if it falls more into being poor evaluating QBs in recruiting. All of the QBs that leave ND seem to struggle at their new schools.

Could be both. I lean more towards development and scheme. Even going to a new school, how far behind the curve were these guys and for a new coach to unfk the damage done.
