Again, you are ignoring the TEN YEARS part. BK has maybe one signature win in TEN YEARS. The proof is in the pudding for BK. Let’s give Fleck the talent and resources ND has and I’d bet he’d have more than that.

Again, beating no one and losing every big game we played. Every one of them. And at the same time being a national laughingstock for every pundit in America for us to be the brunt of all their jokes on how we are overrated and don’t belong.

 

Just to be clear, I think BK did a ok job with the program. I think we can do better. I’m not ok with getting pounded in nearly every big game for the last 10 years. I think there are a lot of people complacent and ok with going 10-2 or 9-3 most years under BK even though we lose the big games. I’m not. I want to see if someone else can do better. And I’m not saying it has to be Fleck. He just is one guy I think could do better than BK. I’m sure there are others as well

Fleck will either be coaching in Southern California or in Tallahassee, or will have moved into an extremely large house in Minneapolis, long before Brian Kelly’s contract expires at Notre Dame.

We'll see where ped st ends up. Kelly beat a Michigan state team that finished the season ranked 3rd in the country and rose bowl champs. They finished 13 and 1. So that was way more impressive than this. Psu wil get waxed vs OSU and drop out of top 10

That's nonsense. The games he wins, they werent big after we win. When we lose, they are the big ones. Thats total BS

No. Fleck hasnt done anything at Minnesota except win one big game. So what are you talking about. He took over a 9 win team and went 12 and 13 his first 2 years. He hasnt played anybody this season and he won a huge home game today. Other than that he hasnt done anything. Can I make that any clearer. They're schedule has been beyond a joke

Sigh...just forget it.

Interesting stat I saw on the ESPN power rankings: Fleck is only the 9th coach in the last 40 years to win 6 games as an underdog at one school. What I wonder is how many other accomplished that feat midway through their third season? My guess is none.

 

People call the guy a ton of stuff but you can’t deny his ability to motivate kids.

They can’t recruit a lot of kids bc of academics, that’s just the reality.
