This kid can't seem to stay out of trouble. Arrested again this past Friday for possession of weed. I hope he can get himself right quickly. He has talent, but obviously lacks maturity and insight. Anyone know anything about his support system or family?

I mean he had some weed. Who ****ing cares. **** is legal in places now. So stupid.

It's legal in some places but if you're caught someplace where it's not this is what happens. I think it should be legalized or at least decriminalized but laws are laws whether you agree with them or not. Break one and there are consequences.

The kid seriously needs to get his act together regardless. Not just the grass thing, he's effed up left and right multiple times in multiple ways and already had his second chance.

I agree, weed should be legal. However, until it is, be smart about how you use it. Given his incidents, he's not a bad/violent kid, but he needs to get smarter. How many more millions of $ would Josh Gordon have if he could quit weed?

Why, not just smoke it in his apartment or where ever he’s living lol? Is it that hard not to leave it at home?

Agreed. I mean he’s a kid who made a mistake. But at what point is going to be accountable and realize he’s throwing his talent away.

Agree with most posts on here. If I get drug tested and test positive for weed, then my employer gives me a warning and I test positive again 6 months later, it means I have a problem.

Yeah, my problem is not so much the weed. Laws being laws and all aside. However, to follow up your dismissal from the program for multiple infractions including weed and shoplifting with another arrest and infraction (no matter how minor) shows a trend of awful decision making that paints a very gloom picture for him. Three strikes now. He really needs a strong positive influence in his life to take charge of him and mentor. It's awful to see this type of talent wasting away. Hopefully he snaps out of it.

The pot debate is for another thred.

Bottom line: he broke the law (again)!

It’s actually not. It’s the purview of the federal government and not a state issue, so it is never really legal despite what a state wants the law to be. Sessions will bring the pain, thankfully.

Can't fix stupid.

Sessions will bring the pain, thankfully.

Strict drug laws have not worked in this country, and have only proven to increase violence and the power of organized crime. On top of that, its bad economically. There is pratically no benefit to our country to keeping a natural drug like marijuana illegal. Sessions isnt going to anything.

But the drug being legal in other states does not give a pass to Stepherson at all.

Lol thankfully. What a ridiculous statement.

Completely agree with the legal aspect of pot, but Pot was KS ‘s issue. The inability to not break the rules/law after getting caught is the issue.

Pot or no pot, KS wouldn’t last.

You clearly have no idea how many people are killed by drivers using this substance, spouses abused by people under the influence of this substance, violence and assaults committed under intoxicating effects of this scourge on society. Many, many lives have been ruined because of . . . Oh wait, sorry, got weed confused with alcohol.

I apologize. Carry on.

The feds aren't stupid enough to mess with this issue. It's a lose lose for them. The only reason they say stuff like this is so the Reaganists keep voting for them. Just like the wall, it wasn't ever going to be built but how many people voted for them thinking it would be. You are ignorant if you think legalization among the states won't continue to spread. I'm 33 years old and I can't think of one oerson I know who looks at weed as a problem drug. The pharmaceutical companies your buddy sessions is in bed with kill a lot more people with their pills but go ahead and continue to think weed is an actual problem in the United States.

This debate could go on forever regardless of your opinion on the topic but marijuana is listed as a schedule one drug right up there with heroin. That's ludicrous considering heroin is one of the most addictive drugs out there and MJ has never been proven to be physically addictive, not have I ever heard of anyone ODing on marijuana unless it was laced with another substance.

Alcohol and other addictive drugs have damaged more lives than marijuana ever has. My ex's family had multiple people addicted to prescription painkillers or antidepressants. One of them was so bad, they used to forge prescriptions for the garbage because she worked for a doctor.

It being legalized would put a bunch of street dealers out of business too, although many of them would just switch over to peddling a different substance.

For the record, I haven't touched MJ in over twenty years and do not encourage its use. I've seen plenty of people become emotionally addicted to it but that's the same for some of the substances I mentioned above, some of which are also physically addictive. Anyway, that's just my two cents/JMO.

Sessions will bring the pain ?

Go duck yourself Wave . You ignorant, uninformed and cruel troglodyte.

If he got on the field Day 1? Yes.

In reality, doubtful Kelly would never let him out of the doghouse. So I'd rather take the scholarship.
