December 11, 20177 yr Staff is holding off on Boykin because they like Bracy more. This is a guy they really wanted. do they want him only on defense, or is he a guy you could play on either side if they get enough corners?
December 11, 20177 yr do they want him only on defense, or is he a guy you could play on either side if they get enough corners? D. No talk of offense.
December 11, 20177 yr great get for ND, this kid looks like a great athlete something ND needs in the secondary. very excited.
December 11, 20177 yr Any idea why he doesnt have more power 5 offers? This is a good question and a valid one. I think most thought ND was gonna be the start of some more offers back when they originally did, but they never came. Staff is obviously higher on him than most other schools. USC likes him and probably would have offered if their board fell differently. He is one kid that will have my attention throughout his career, because it will show if they have a good eye for talent.
December 11, 20177 yr do they want him only on defense, or is he a guy you could play on either side if they get enough corners? They are recruiting him as a corner, and that’s the hope. He definitely has some return ability and can very easily switch to the offensive side of the ball later on in his career if the need is there.

Prister could see him as a jet sweep guy too. He just has a bit of Theo Riddick in him which I like. https://247sports.com/college/notre-dame/Article/Podcast-Next-Irish-roster-takes-shape-112122208?utm_source=247Sports%20Newsletter&utm_medium=Newsletter&utm_campaign=171211_145057_Notre%20Dame%20Fighting%20Irish&utm_content=Link&liveconnect=13-FA-71-88-E4-3E-5F-32-95-6F-99-65-C0-8F-EB-64171211_145057NotreDameFightingIrish That said he has alot of the same compliments Shaun Crawford used to get an "instinctive" football player. So like you I'd like to see him at DB with the option to re-evaluate.
December 23, 20177 yr He has a twin brother that is not a highly recruited kid but listening to the press conference i got the feeling he may walk on. Anyone else get that?
