December 3, 20177 yr Meh. We only played them 3 years ago. It is winnable. Who knows what team shows up though.
December 3, 20177 yr LSU is not good. This is the best matchup we could have hoped for. Yup a way better match up for us than playing Oklahoma State, with a months rest we should beat LSU. A win in the citrus looks better than a loss in the campers bowl.
December 4, 20177 yr LSU does not score that many points and is not an explosive offense by any means.... ND has been playing very WEAK football for the last MONTH of the season... Sounds like a BORING game and a Toss up so that -1 sounds very correct.... LSU will keep our struggling offense struggling,,,, we should play enough defense to match that....close game we could easily lose IT IS WHAT IT IS! aloha

I wouldn't be surprised if it's one of those games that comes down to who has the ball last in the fourth quarter.
December 4, 20177 yr Shocking that that's your prediction I just don't think we are going to score much on their defense. I also think they will wear our defense down and pull away in the second half.
December 4, 20177 yr Stack the box against Guice and make their qb beat us (i.e. exactly what they will do to us)
December 4, 20177 yr I think we will get some much needed time to recover. Hopefully Wimbush's hand will be better. Anyone know what the actual injury was? I am thinking our D will have a good game plan, what about the offense? And will our most awesome O Line show up like last time? Hopefully we rotate our backs and run run run. Also, LSU remembers us beating them in Nashville and probably will be up for the rematch.

December 4, 20177 yr LSU will win by at least 2 scores. Shocking that that's your prediction Jack...don't you realize that unless you are singing Notre Dame's praises, you are anti-Irish. God forbid if people voice their option.
December 4, 20177 yr Look, if Wimbush can figure out when to pull the ball and run and how to get his completion percentage slightly up, we'll kick the sh*t out of them. It doesn't take a lot. He reeeaallllyy just needs to become the threat he's supposed to be in the run option so defenses stop burying our runningbacks.
December 4, 20177 yr if LSU is fired up to play this game then ND wont score more than 10 points but if LSU doesn't bring it then ND can win. you cant score against this lsu defense by being one dimensional, BW will need to step up.
