I can deal with not being a title contender every single year but I'm sick of watching this team mostly coming up small in big games. Their intestinal fortitude matches Kelly's stature.

And to answer your statement, yes that was when ND football truly died. We haven’t won a title in 30 years. Up until 93 we were one of the most dominant programs in CFB and we showed it on the field. We haven’t ever come close to showing that form or dominance since then—even in 2012! If you were alive and saw those ND teams back then you would know what I’m talking about.

That was me last year. I felt like ****, but watching the program flop around like a fish out of water ensure me that I was fine. Then, out of guilt, i bought tix to fly out to boston & attend that game. Bought tix to the WF game since I flew out & was visiting my parents that weekend. Now, if they end up in music city bowl, i may attend that....i’m torturing myself 48 shades
