Like i mentioned before, I like to peruse other teams' forums and see what the scuttlebutt is.

 

Holy crap, I know Michigan constantly blames everyone but themselves, but this is a whole other level. There are some reasonable fans, but the majority of this NC State fanbase are sure that the refs were in on it. And if it wasn't for the refs, they would have beaten ND. Because it was close until the 3rd so they would have won (not that ND's style of play wore them down)

 

They SWEAR that Tillery was off-sides on that pick-six, even though one of their own people said that a topline view of the play clearly showed Tillery wasn't offisdes. They just didn't even acknowledge that post and went right on complaining.

 

If they stop and take a step back and think about how football is a game of strategy and just because it was 21-14 at the half, doesn't mean it was luck that ND beat you guys by 3 TDs

 

It means ND wore your fantastic DLine down, like they've done all year

Particularly when you rush for 50 yards and your opponent rushes for 318, and your QB completes 46% of his passes. I get that they had a bad break losing their top running back, but Dave Doeren can take his whining and shove it up his a$$. By the end of the game, we had hit Finley so hard and so often that it looked like he quit out of fear. Love it!

But overall, I think this falls on NC State coaches that they teach everyone not to move and stop playing here. And also on the QB for not just throwing it away

It probably would have been better if one of their guys moved, then could claim that it was caused by the defender and the call would've gone their way perhaps with a flag.

He side-skirted his short-comings & the fanbase took the hook, line & sinker. I’ve been following that page for over a week & they’re a complete joke. Completely dillusional. Before the U$C game, they were pumped for the Fighting Irish, then we smashed sc & they got scared. Now? The Refs lost the game

Hard to tell if the video is playing forward or backwards without a longer clip - is the center setting into his position or was he set and then lurched forward?

 

Either way, an offensive line penalty blows the play dead and no pass or anything ensuing counts.

 

But we’re splitting hairs on what was a qb’s decision to throw a ball up for grabs. That’s what poor quarterback play does.

Even though their fanbase is filled with crybabies, I still hope NC St beats Clemson next week... that would help ND out a lot to completely remove the Defending Champs from the Playoff picture.

Guys, they just aren't used to being where they are right now....They really have been mediocre at best for a long time...
