I didnt know if this was posted yet and just saw it but Ron Brooks has trimmed down his list and ND made the cut. Scout has him as a five star although I dont put much faith in them.

The thought on Brooks is that we will have filled up our WR class by the time he decides (Kamara, Benn, Little)

I definitely think we would be willing to take 4, since Little could play a number of positions. I'm not convinced that Little stays at WR.

I think that CW takes four if it is a kid with Brooks or DTs upside. The coaches liked Brooks as a CB initially. He only wants to play WR but if he does not win a starting job he could easily move to CB.

I hope that we good after brooks hard. This guy is a player, I've felt this way from the beginning. He is a freak. Hopefully we can move in on him.

Hey Army I understand what your saying but Ron Brooks is the truth. I dont think Charlie could or would turn him away. It's possible he could be moved to DB, but Ron Brooks is very good.

Keep in mind that Little could easily be playing a different position, with or without Brooks.

greg little will make a real nice WR but i still really like him at OLB. ron brooks is a great athlete who could play WR, CB or S but i don't see him leaving Big 12 country.

IMO, Greg Little is a great athlete who's position could be one of many.

could be but I think his top 2 positions will be OLB or WR. But he does play RB for his HS.

Many knock but few will enter! Let's face it. TD is on to something. We are in the luxurious position to be like TOP GUN school. We can take the best of the best. So the odds are in our favor. Hard to not take a guy because someone might be interested next year. I always believe that you take the best talent that you can get when it presents then constantly upgrade your bottom 10%.

haha, good theory Chiro. If Brooks is really interested, I think we would definitely take him. Although we now recruit most of the elite prospects in the country, we are still not USC yet, so we can't be turning down top notch talent. You can never have to many weapons to throw to on offense, not to mention Brooks is the most elusive receiver out of guys.
