Something is wrong with college football testing. USC was obviously flaunting the rules and no one cared.

Brian Cushing caught again.

Is there even testing in college? You never hear about kids getting suspended for PEDs. I've always figured they are probably commonly used in college and even at the high school level.

Now that I think about that, i think you may be fairly accurate. I never really pay much attn to steroid issues in the ncaa. Seems i hear more of it in mlb

Dude is eight years removed from USC... not saying players there don't do it, but linking him to his college program today is a bit of a smear...

He was definitely on roids' at USC...but he was definitely on roids' in high school as well.

Does the NCAA test for roids? You do never hear about it so I do wonder.

Anyone with half a brain knows that majority of top teams probably have half a roster on sauce or who were on it during the offseason.

I know that Notre Dame self tests the players. Not sure if other school's do.

This was early 2000's and Division III so take it for what it is worth. They only tested us when we were in the playoffs and then it was a random sample. By random, they chose 3 or 4 guys and they gave a pi$$ test. No idea how Division I does it or if D3 still does it that way but it was done by the NCAA.

And there were dudes in D3 doing roids so I can only imagine what happens at D1.

Well we all know D1 athletes are on roids, not all of course but many are. You just never hear about the incidents very often if at all so I wonder if they even test.

I'm in my senior year playing in the CIS up here in Canada and we've had 7 guys tested already. I know testing is expensive and all too so I'm surprised we've had so many tested with football not being so big up here compared to down in the States.

Where do you play?

Where do you play?

Bishop's. I'm the starting field corner but haven't got many balls my way the first two weeks. Got Mount A tomorrow and they like throwing to the field since they have their speedy returner there. So should have more action than the two passes I've had the first two weeks, credited with 8 tackles and 1 tfl so far.

Keep it up man! Let's here those stats when you get them!

Ahhh a Gaiter... feel for you guys... unlevel playing ground with what goes on at Laval...

Yeah we're a small school and Laval has a budget in the millions. They are basically the Alabama of the CIS.

Thanks colts! I'm your atypical short Caucasian corner with short arms. I ran a 1.5 in the ten and a 4.6 so quickness is really my only trait and how I get by. I'm getting old though now so my body is glad this is my final ride. I have no clue how guys play into their 30s.

On a side I can attest to the doghouse situation that kills guys with Kelly. Basically spoke my mind to the coach last year and got into an argument which he seemed to hold a grudge on me for. The old coach got fired and I went from 4th string to starting. Regardless lesson learned, if the coach says something say yes coach no matter how you feel about it.

I was a Stinger for a very brief period in the 90's. The Fabrikant Incident was instrumental in spooking an already homesick boy and I left the team the next day. I still have football dreams about abandoning my university football career 25 years later...

CON U hey? Small world haha, we had a good game with the Stingers last year until our coach decided to fake a punt on 3rd and ten from our 25....

Not familiar with the Fabrikant incident, can you shed some light?
