roarcity269 0
the irony of this scenario and how our season started and ended up last year is not lost on me... nor should it be for anyone else. Also, they beat us last year.
LasVegasIrish 0
How many players have been dismissed for 2017 season? I know of a few that at the very least have been suspended indefinitely.

Are you implying that the multiple sexual assaults being investigated at MSU, as well as a possible coach cover up, is in any way similar to our players getting caught with weed and a gun? nd1baby 0
Will they have to forfeit any wins?

We shouldn't get all high mighty and talk about how MSU's program is going down the dumpster when we had 4 players get arrested at the same time and had a terrible year last year. We shouldn't get all high mighty and talk about how MSU's program is going down the dumpster when we had 4 players get arrested at the same time and had a terrible year last year. It was an observation about a rival, not a high and mighty post. Plenty of other sites, including the national media outlets have no problem talking about our deficiencies and problems. MSU's football is having a lot of issues with the types of kids they recruit though. It is simply a fact at the moment.

echo88 74
The question is, with all their problems will we beat them up there this year? About as much of a beating as we were supposed to give USC during their seasons of restriction under NCAA penalties...
IRISHKENLIFER 0
I think we have a good chance to beat them up there this year, but they always play us tough no matter where we play them. But with the loss of a few players and the distractions they are faced with, you have to believe that it will have an impact on them. Time will tell though! OddThomas 0
Two of the players involved were also being recruited by ND.
Jersey Irish 207
And to think that some on this board in calling for Kelly's canning after last season's debacle were champing at the bit for D'Antonio.

We still don't know the extent to which D'Antonio is involved. This doesn't strike me as a an Art Briles/Baylor situation.
