it's been three games and NDs offense hasn't gotten on track, if they don't find any rythm this game they'll lose. i don't think NDs CBs are cappable of covering MSUs WRs one-on-one, pluse they'll spread us out and then be able to run the ball right at us not to mention stanton being moble enough to hurt us. i really don't see ND winning this game, if they can't get focused for michigan how can they focuse on MSU.

Look at what ND did to GT. After watching GT play against Virginia last night, I was floored at how well we played them. GT and MSU are very similar teams offensively, but GT has a MUCH better defense than MSU does.

 

It is also worth noting that having DJ really helps ND prepare for teams just like MSU.

MSU is nothing like GT on offense. MSU runs a very good spread offense that ND has always had trobble defending but yes MSUs defense isn't any good but but can ND fix their offensive problems.

The only difference is that MSU uses more 4 and 5 WR sets. Both teams have quality running backs and mobile QBs. Both teams play 3+ WR sets.

this will be the probblem for NDs defense, trying to cover their 4 and 5 WR sets. then when they spread us out who still have to worry about stanton running the ball or handing it off to one of their two speedy RBs. ND needs to find a way to put pressure on drew stanton.

This will be a huge offensive game for both teams...

Alright boys, feeling good today, it's Friday...big game tonight in Ventura...Jimmy's coming to town....huge game tomorrow, confirmed that it will be on ESPN2 (ever try calling your cable company w/ programming questions? one hint of advice, dont bother!) ..what can I say?
