All i can say is....it's about time

Met this kid when he was about 13 and we already knew... Unless ND finds a way to F this up he is a ND lock.

That's what I have been hearing..

I wonder why we waited so long to offer?

ND has the chance to have a really nice DE/OLB class this year. Okwara, King, and Robertson are all legit possibilities. That would be the type of haul we have all been wanting on the D-line for years.

J Okwara had 10 sacks last year and 90 tackles. Sounds like he's high on ND already. You gotta think Romeo's words will hold major stock with him (should be positive).

I'm sure he's already been to a few games as well and that can't hurt.

So, he's a lock..?

Think we have a great chance, as long as he's ok going to school long distance. Sounds like he's super stoked about the offer.

He's a junior. Likely just waited for some sort of grades to come in, make sure he's on pace, and wass busy with 2015 class.

You have to think ND is in the driver's seat. Stranger things have happened, but i like ND's odds, and would expect him to verbal fairly soon.

Okwarriors always travel in pairs.

Skip the trip to A2 and come home son.

Any chance of a commitment? Percentage? 20%?

I think there is always a chance with a kid like him committing on the spot, but he has been to ND several times because of his brother. I don't think he will see much or get blown away like other guys on their visits. I think his commitment will come in due time though. He could very well feel like ending his recruitment today...who knows

Well there are new things to see and meet, the new coaches specifically both of his potential position coaches. A commitment is possible but not imminent like Vegas said. He has interest in SEC schools as well, he isn't shoe in.

If he commits, we should redshirt his brother so they could play together.

Kidding aside don't Montelus have a younger brother that's a beast?

Funny!

(but I'm thinking they probably heard it before too)
