Who do you have tonight? I hope I am wrong but I think Urban Slimemeyer has his team ready to play tonight and pulls the upset. I'm pretty sure Oregon has two starting receivers out and their best corner out. I do think it will be a good, close game. Hopefully Oregon finds a way!

This one is really hard for me to read. My mind tells me that Oregon wins big. How can OSU win with a 3rd string QB? The B10 conference sucks. Etc. OSU is just on fire right now. Urban is an incredible coach. I thought they had no chance against Alabama, but here we are.

 

I'm rooting for and hope for an Oregon victory. My mind tells me Oregon wins. All being said, I am picking OSU in this one.

 

More than anything, I want a close and fun game.

I have thought that Ohio St would have the coaching edge in this one. Meyer's coaching prowess and experience can't be underestimated. If they can do decent and somehow slow down Oregon's offense think Ohio St will be win. Pretty intriguing matchup though.

I think it all comes down to turnovers. Whoever turns the ball over twice will lose the game. So my pick is Ohio State in landslide.

My question is why does the SEC get accused of being dirty by so many fans yet the PAC 12 schools can stand up to any conference when discussing corruption and they are treated like royalty?

I watch a lot of OSU just to hopefully catch someone knocking them off, which of course rarely happens. I also watch a lot of college fb in general, and the way he gets him teams to play is something...they totally buy in to whatever he sells, and it's hard to bet against a UM-coached team. While I wholeheartedly want the Ducks to win, I just don't see it happening...hoping I am very wrong.

Ducks win going away! 17+ easy! No way osu will stop them!

Either way I pick this one, I can't feel confident. Given the short layoff relative to previous championship games, I say it's harder to pick.

 

Usually title games are underwhelming offensively, but they haven't had a whole lot of time to really dig deep into game plans, so I'm going to go with

 

Ohio State with the powerful offensive line, good defense, and coaching experience.

Agreed. Think it's going to be a good one. Very eager to see Oregon's offense v. Ohio St's defense. Also, I think Oregon may have issues stopping Ohio St's ground game like Alabama did. Jones was impressive as a runner and Elliott is a stud.

outside of this position, OSU has the edge in overall talent.
