Does anyone know who is announcing this weekend besides Ronald Jones?

Nice thanks for doing this hoosier

Any updates on how our commits are doing?

The only stuff I have seen (which is the free stuff) talks about the top 5 players because of the "who is #1 debate" or the uncommitted players and how they are awesome, "so you should tune in to their announcement."

I advise people to only pay attention to the stuff actually on the field during these games because the announcers and people in charge have so much bias in these events that it is almost laughable.

1st Qtr:

Brandon Wimbush has done pretty well, 2/3 for about 15 yards. Has plenty of zip on the ball. The incompletion looked more like a mix up between QB and WR

Tevon Coney got beat on a corner route for a TD, has 2 tackles

Crawford is very short, but he already has one pass break-up

St Brown has one reception for about 6-7 yards.

Yoon looks like he is 12 years old, but he is a very good kicker.

Wimbush definitely has some solid arm strength. Crawford looking good too

Crawford has a couple more pass break ups and he let one get a catch, but he still had good coverage on that one.

Coney has a couple more tackles

Yoon is still perfect kicking 3/3 on FGs, 3/3 on extra points, nailed a 47 yarder... Could have hit it from 60...

Jamabo looks ok, but the Oline is not doing very well for his team. Brossette has not done much either because of the Oline.

Olines are at a disadvantage in these games though, so I rarely judge any of our Oline commits in these games unless they are continuously pancaking people.

Wimbush gets in for 2 more plays with 11 seconds left in the half. Throws a bomb to no one and then makes a nice play rolling out and completes a pass for about 20 yards.

Yoon looks like a stud. Maybe we won't have to worry about kicks for the next several years.

Yoon hit a 47 yard field goal pretty straight through the uprights and it had enough leg to easily be 50 yards.

I love to see the ball was vertical.

What always drove me bonkers about bindza was his ball was always off axis. That to me means he's not hitting it true which often resulted in a "hook". His kicks always had a lot of movement in the air. You don't see that from NFL kickers.

Anyone going to any of these games?

Yeah I know. I was surprised to see that kinda strength and accuracy from a high school kicker.

Not sure why anyone would other than friends and families of the players. The stands for the Under Armour game is pretty small and not a lot of people.

These games can be frustrating to watch because of the rules and the announcers calling every RB the next Adrian Peterson and every WR the next Julio Jones.

The awkwardness of the player interviews and commitment announcements...

Let's sign whoever is holding for the kicks too
