Definitely not a bad choice, but I'm always leery of coaches who made all their dough in the SEC particularly recruiting at state schools.

 

If you're referring to the smaller recruiting pool due to academic restrictions, I certainly understand the trepidation. But he's booted enough high star kids off of UGA teams that I believe he runs as clean a program as you can run in the SEC.

Are any reasons being hinted at?

 

If Kelly bounces, I'd take Richt in .4 seconds.

 

Besides the fact that Richt is a half-*** coach who benefits from getting top notch recruits to fall *** backwards onto UGA's campus, what makes you think he would even consider coming to ND if Kelly leaves? Not to mention he has lost more big games than nearly any coach in the country.
