The similarity between the timing of Hawaii's disappearance and the downfall of his hero EG (and its resulting, awful consequences for ND) are perhaps something that cannot be overlooked. Pride, disillusionment, confusion, depression. Sometimes it's hard to pick yourself up off the canvas when you've invested so much in the build-up.

The latest board swing from Golson to Zaire (even by Oklahoma) doesn't go a long way to right such a situation either.
