He sent in the paperwork to ND and ND only, but it does not officially tie him to ND yet. He still needs to attend class.

 

The massive advantage however is that now ND can have unlimited contact with him, even during the dead period which starts Dec 15th-Jan 14th.

 

So he'll be visiting ND for the Banquet on the 12th then no other school will be able to talk to him until he's enrolled and attends classes the 13th of Jan.

I know someone inside the LSU program and supposedly already told them he's only going to ND.
