Pelini was an 8-9 win coach, just like Kelly except Nebraska knows he will never win them a title.

Besides being and 8-9 win coach, Pelini was/is one of the biggest *******s you will ever meet. Last year, he called out the entire fan base with a profanity laced tirade, and has proceeded twice to publically dare the AD to fire him. He was arrogant to the point of thinking he was above being fired.

He is no better than Kelly. He's a 9 win at best coach and usually obtains a lot of his wins against very poor competition. That's not giving Kelly any credit because they both are very average coaches.

Here is the latest Coaches on the Hot Seat rankings. Kelly was #98 a few weeks ago, now he's #26.

Some of those coaches are at schools that will never get better with a carousel. Georgia State? New Mexico St? Wazzu is the one that cracks me up. At least Leach is getting people in the stands. All the Wazzu people I know are pretty pleased with what he's done.

Jimbo Fisher is on more of the hot seat than either Pelini or Muschamp according to that website.

The thing that stood out to me is that theirs not a lot of decent hires if BK is let go or leaves besides the marquee names which we won't get. The winning percentage alone should tell you how mediocre a lot of these coaches are.

Alright I know what youre getting at here. Just ask. Id love to be our next head coach.

HC, no. I'd take him as DC in a heartbeat. Id pay him or Muschamp top $ to take over as DC.
