Rocketsan
Look towards a bright future. Frustrating current times with young players will no doubt pay dividends in the future. I'm looking forward to seeing this coaching staff continue to develop young talent.
irishmike
this team f3cking sucks right now.....all my hope is to next year
JTennant
Rocket has a point, but I'm doubting BK will be around to see his young talent flourish. We were uninspired and flat in the first half.
ndomer4
I don't care about the injuries or frozen five, this team won't be in the playoff dicsussion next year and will be lucky to win 9 games.

That bodes well for 2015 in my mind!
zemaniak
With Golson at the helm? i watch other games, and no one has an offense as schizo as ours. It kills drives, man! Like if we had two options, go for long or go broke now that i think about it, i recall more of the same when Rees was QB ... maybe this is a BK thing after all? this is all simply so frustrating, the baffling lack of consistency
Irish Storm
Yeah, wait until next year. It's always wait until next year.
irishrb
I do believe this team will be good next year. Golson is going to grow from this year and be a heisman finalist. The o-line will be bigger, stonger, and more cohesive. Folston is playing lights out and Bryant will be better. The receiving core will all be a year wiser and hopefully Daniels comes back. Throw Russell back with Luke and the Irish have 2 shut down corners. Day, Cage, Jones, and Ishaq will be healthy and ready to rumble to form a solid D-line. Joe should be back to provide some stability and Jaylon will be out of the soph slump. Special teams will still suck but hopefully it won't cost them too much. With that being said, there are abaolutely NO excuses next year. NONE!
NDNorm
It's times like these that define and show your character. As long as this team doesn't flat-out quit, I have faith in this staff moving forward, but next season is it for me for being in anyone's "corner" anymore. ndomer4
Thankfully the Cams and Collinsworths aren't going to be here next year. No offense to those guys but they should be playing in the conference USA.
JTennant
Can you guys honestly say Golson is the unquestioned leader of this team/offense? I can't. Yes he attones for MOST of his mistakes, but he makes way too many.. Enough is enough with this kid. He throws it to guys in the wrong jerseys way to often. He is careless with the ball too often. I want a physical and open QB competition see BK's first year. These kids need to take hits and see who comes out as the leader next spring. Rocketsan
If nothing ever changes...why do some of you continue to follow these "losers" and "puss!es"? Curious why you don't support a more rewarding team for your psyches?

That bodes well for 2015 in my mind! I want to believe that, but any rational person has to have doubts. I know there's almost zero chance, but if they beat USC, that's a positive moving forward. I'd honestly rather not degrade ourselves by playing in some sh1t dog of a bowl game.

MyFightingIrish
I'm looking forward to seeing this coaching staff continue to develop young talent. We've been looking forward to that for quite some time... it's not paying dividends. Bk has 1 more year in my book. I still believe... but it's time to crap golden nuggets or get off the pot. ELDER06
Extra practice man... Practice on your own then. Why embarrass the program more? Beat USC, go out on a high note.

You can take the heart of Tranquill and Collinsworth and shove it up your azz. Talent over heart any day of the week.
