All they are doing is reinforcing my opinion of "UM needs ND more than the other way around." That's not to say I'm actually happy we no longer play them but I do believe we've traded up to get the new teams we have on the schedule.

UM just can't get over how beneficial their blacklisting of ND was to ND.

 

I also think there are some really harsh feelings between our ADs. I imagine a Harbaugh/Schwartz type handshake late Saturday night when the ND alma mater is being sung.

It's fun to see the spin UM fans are putting on this. They think Brandon and UM are in our head and that we are running away from them because they are so awesome. Never mind that we ditched them for Texas for a season starting marquee game. Never mind that they replaced us with Oregon State in 2015 and Colorado in 2016. Never mind that we are playing MSU and OSU, two programs that are better than them at this time.

 

They are deluding themselves. We are marginalizing them in the national recruiting realm and they don't even realize it.

I took a flyer and searched a closed down blog, as I thought I remembered a well thought out article on the history of the ND-Michigan Series.

I was near a jackoff UM fan today, unfortunately I conversed with him. I was told we are a chicken more than once. I told him someone had to go on the sched. He said why didn't you drop MSU, I said we did this year. Dumb look was given by mouth breather. He said well ND is scared to joing big 10" up the A$$. I told him why would UM want us to join Big 10? UM blocked ND from getting into the conference years ago. Meat head responds " well you guys chickened out" I laughed and said the following. We are going to beat you a$$ six ways from sunday this weekend. I hope you are ready and I pray to jesus BK doesn't call off the dogs. I may have went over the top.

Blue-Gray Sky was the greatest ND blog ever; it's not close. If you became an ND fan recently and missed its heyday, you need to read it.

I had the unfortunate experience of conversing with a jackoff UM fan today as well. He stated that if ND was trying to drop Michigan for better competition why are they keeping Purdue... ???

 

I don't know how to deal with these people...Like do they not do research?

This is the worst week of my college season...I usually defer to Piratey for the scum insight and commentary but due to the cancellation, this year's hype and vitriol has reached a fever pitch. I HATE scUM more than any other and includes both the program, school and ALUMS who I am surrounded by... these arrogant pricks.! Poor, poor pity me is all I am hearing...the Gang of 5 suspensions while going thru short term memory loss about allowing a RAPIST to pretty much finish his eligibility...there is no comparison to the programs and why I am thrilled with the decision to no longer continue. While I can't imagine what the Iron Bowl week must be like, this is bad enough for me and bye bye good riddance. Hate these AHOLES and praying my CATHOLIC butt off, (take that ghost of Yost!) and hoping beyond hope for any type of victory whether it be by one point or blow out...JUST WIN THE DAMN GAME!!! GO IRISH!!!

I've also lived in IN, IL, MO, KS, CA, NY, and gone to school in SW Michigan. UM fans are annoying, deluded, and whiny. BuckNuts are just plain a**holes and I'll take a Skunkbear any day of the week.

Not all OSU fans are d*ckheads. My brother is an OSU fan. And he is a d*ckhead. But I am sure not all of them are.
