Yeah I think that's the best spot for him, they're going to use him in situational spots though it seems.

 

Even if we didn't lose the two guys who were gonna play on D I still think this defense is going to be frustrating to watch. It's a new system and we're so young, thankfully I think our offense will be able to outscore some teams.

McGlinchey was bull rushed twice at the LT position... not too keen on that.

 

Golson and Zaire looked good, the corners (minus KR) actually looked pretty solid, thought one was an obvious holding call. Robinson with another great catch.

Mcglinchey has the height but looks like he's never lifted a weight in his life. He needs another year to add size and strength before we throw him in there.

Riggs is the first ND corner I've seen stay with Fuller on a deep pattern.

 

What in the world happened at LB, that you have a walk-on, a converted WR, converted safety and 2 freshman as your top 6-7?

I'll go back and look. But I saw more than one. Ok. At the 49 sec mark. That was holding. Maybe on the Little Admirals catch too though. But for the most part. You are correct sir.

Isn't that what Lou did though. Recruit guys that could play multiple positions. Athletes. And find where they fit best? And from all accounts. Those players are performing admirably.

I guess I should watch the videos. I posted them to try to shift the narrative back to football a bit.

Absolutely loved the video on the linebackers. Extremely informative and lots of good action shots on each player. They all run very well. Martini much better than I anticipated.
