OklahomaIrish
Just trying to make your football season more enjoyable. I wish we had good games about 3 or 4 nights a week. This Friday, BYU hosts Boise. First and foremost, we play BYU. Let's scout them so we can make educated predictions. But there are other reasons we can enjoy this game. We need Boise to lose. First, strength of schedule. It just helps for BYU to win. Secondly, Boise is trying to pass us and Michigan in winning percentage. They haven't been around as long and are making a run. They have lost twice this year and a third loss will be a big deal in this regard. But most importantly, the game is played at BYU. We don't have to look at that retarded blue field that gives me a headache. I have found that a game becomes really enjoyable if it relates to Notre Dame and I have a favorite team. So let's root for BYU. They may have a false religion but they are really good people and it helps us!!!!
FaithInIrish Forever
Taysom Hill QB BYU- He's BYU's best passer and runner. BYU now runs an up tempo power spread attack <iframe width="640" height="480" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/Pn9R7v2yGk4?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Edited October 23, 2013 by FaithInIrishForever
williamson143
I am a graduate of Boise State and live in Utah, so I have above-average knowledge of both teams. BSU just lost their starting QB last week against Nevada, so they will be playing second string. While the 2nd string QB played better than ours, ahem, BYU is likely due for a win and I see them overcoming Boise State by at least 2 touchdowns. For BYU versus ND, watch out. This is the upset that is in the making. They are an improved team over last year, and Hill has actually turned into a pretty decent passing QB. His feet will give us fits, but it's his improving arm that is going to be the surprise. Their defense is also pretty damn good, and I think it's 50/50 for Notre Dame. Just warning you now that the Cougars are coming and they are due since their last victory in 2004.

That quarterback looked like Andrew Hendrix on that option keeper. I'm sure he throws a lot better than Andrew. Yes, this game will not be easy. Really looking forward to watching them Saturday night. I was at Notre Dame when we played BYU about 10 years ago and met a lot of their fans. They were really good fans. We won with Jones at tailback, but I was also there the year Lou lost to BYU.
Rockets Revenge
I enjoy watching teams ND plays also. Will definitely tune in Friday night. They key will be to stop the run. Navy & Air Force should be good prep for this game. D-Line & LB's will have to play a good game. BYU has lost to Virginia and Utah. ND has to beat them. piratey
Let's see how BYU fairs against Wisconsin on the road in 3 weeks before any judgement is passed. Late pick or not, a loss to that hot mess in Charlottesville, Virginia, is inexcusable. Virginia is, without a doubt, the worst team in the ACC and maybe the worst team in a BCS conference this year. I'd like them to play UConn in some toilet bowl scenario to see who loses.

I'm looking for Utah to beat USC this week. The Trojans are battered and bruised and without Lee, Agholar and others. I just love football!!! They allowed the swing pass all day long.
