SpeedsterX
I have been listening to all the talk about Andrew and I got the impression by them and Eric Hanson that Hendrix is going to get a bit more playing time and not just to use his legs but to pass more. We'll see, but if he and Tommy almost split time, don't be surprised.
die4irish
I'd be shocked if he gets any significant time

IRISH812
I think he'll get more opportunities. Kelly mentioned during press conferences this week that Hendrix needs to take advantage of his plays when he's in there. I believe he stated how many negative plays he quarterbacked vs Oklahoma. He also said Hendrix has been a lot more engaged in practice this week. All in all I think Kelly gives Andrew an opportunity to show what he can do tonight and its up to Hendrix to take the job from Tommy. It might only be 6 or 7 plays though if he doesn't perform. 97domer
On Game Day today they said Kelly was quoted that for the first time since 2011 he will have specific sets for Hendrix and that he will get significant playing time. Time will tell
irishrb
Ya, we'll see. I think BK has said a lot of things that don't necessarily happen.

I believe he stated how many negative plays he quarterbacked vs Oklahoma. And how many negative plays did Tommy have? Too many! Just give Hendrix some experience & see what he can do! corysold
Ya, we'll see. I think BK has said a lot of things that don't necessarily happen. Yep, some way to get a kid to succeed. "Now Andrew, here are the 7 plays you are going to get. Don't mess up or you won't get anymore. Don't worry that it is 3rd and 2 and everyone knows what we are doing. Misread it though and you are out. Oh, and don't watch the guy in front of you hitting 35% the last 2 games. He's immune to criticism." BleedingBG
Would this really be a good thing. I know Tommy isn't the answer but Andrew has looked pretty awful every time he's had a chance.
Irish_Thunder
I would love to see Andrew get a chance to throw a few passes along with his runs. You can always bring Rees in later, he is better in that role anyway!
