Irish_Convert
I couldn't stand ND when I was growing up/younger(60s/70s). I moved to Mishawaka from NJ in '98 and after a couple years was "converted" into an Irish fan.

IamSpartacus
I had recently watched That Thing You Do when I created my account...nothing to do with ND or sports. Figured there was little risk in that name having a duplicate.
Donjuan
"Donjuan" is an old nickname from high school Spanish class. My instructor yelled, "hey Donjuan, shut it!" as I was conversing with a cheerleader during conjugation time and it's stuck ever since. FaithInIrish Forever
Bare with me a moment while I tell you my Notre Dame fan story. I was born with Cerebral Palsy, which means I use a wheelchair to get around and I have uncontrolled muscle tone. Largely no big deal. I had a physical therapist who got me to do therapy by letting me draw football plays at the end the session. He knew I loved ND so he actually wrote a letter to Coach Holtz with the plays inside and a picture. Lou sent back a football autographed by Kevin Mcdougal, Lee Becton and Coach Holtz saying "Keep that Fighting Spirit". From that day on I've been a fan. It didn't hurt that some guy named Powlus, here in PA came from a town less than an hour from me. I've of course grown up since then from 9 to 27. I got a degree in Political Science from a local University. I now help individuals with different abilities in my county through a non-profit advocacy group. Repost of sorts but I guess the FaithinIrishForever comes in because I know there is alot in my own life from a wheelchair I can't control, so I'm just thankful and excited to watch every game. These kids derserve my faith because they excel both on the field and in the classroom. So alot including my devoted following of ND operates on Faith. I like it that way! That's me in a paragraph. I Really Enjoy Domer Domain!! Best Wishes, Brian
