There is talk about an incoming transfer who was on our recruiting list from a cycle ago... Rumor is he is very unhappy with the culture on his new team.

Hoping to enroll for the fall semester and be eligible next season.

No names have been leaked, although defensive line is the thought

Al-Quadin Muhammad?

Garrett Sickels?

Austin Hooper?

Ebenezer Okungdo?

Jordan Sherit?

Those re just a few I remember being the final 2-3 that fit the DL rumor.

Just for laughs, here's the list of prospects/offers for DL last year.

DT: http://notredame.scout.com/a.z?s=109&p=9&c=4&pid=22&yr=2013

DE: http://notredame.scout.com/a.z?s=109&p=9&c=4&pid=23&yr=2013

One would guess that ND was in the finalists for the mystery player. I don't see much on the DT list to fit that criteria, aside from you know who. As for DE, I see AQM, Fitts, Taco, Sickels. Was ND ever really in it for Bosa?

AQM would be a OLB.

Throw this out there - Scott Pagano.

Both of those guys could fit the description of not liking the culture of their new teams (Miami and Clemson), at least from the POV of being far different from ND.

BTW, I was under the assumption that AQM would have fit ND the way Shembo does now: 3-4 OLB and 4-3 DE. Of course, that's before the acamademic issues come into play. Unless he tore up the books at UM, I don't think ND could take him, could they?

Last we heard, I thought AQM struggled to even make it to UM. Though those may have just been rumors.
