yup, losing your starting QB that showed so much promise, it cant really get much worse than that... unless the rumor about DD was true as well. A young promising WR would hurt us just as much.

Add everything else up with that and this is a terrible off-season. I am kind of pissed off right now actually.

Seriously....This is just freakin' crazy. Lacrosse has taken up so much of my time that I haven't really been into off season football activities. Now that ND is done with LAX and my season is over, I was ready to get back into the swing with football and I see Vanderdork and this crap. Just unreal.

Don't forget Neal and Ferguson transferring. It's rough when losing a guy like Neal probably isn't even in the top 5 of negative things this year.

You should also throw in the Jan 7th embarrassment. All of this has occurred in 2013. What a terrible year so far.

A nice Full Metal Jacket soap in a sock treatment should be in store for dumbass when he returns! His Spring game cemented his laziness and cemented Kiel's inability to stick it out. Let Tommy start. He k ows the offense, can read defenses and isn't a quitter!

What a terrible year so far.

It's funny what the information age has wrought. 10-15 years ago the average fan wouldn't have heard of any of these events unless he lived in South Bend or maybe Chicago. No, instead August would have rolled around and we would only have seen the players who were on the field, not much or any of the off-field drama that may have taken place.

I believe that when August comes around in 2013, the coaches will have figured out a way to put a very competitive product on the field. Not national championship level competitive, but very competitive none-the-less.

Now if only I could pull myself away from this damn internet thing.
