I don't think it's a big deal. He's just interacting sparring with a USC fan who happens to be in the porn industry. It's not like they're friends or they are talking best sex positions in cinematography. ;)

 

No... But we will see. So far the sparring is all good and innocent . He has his interest peaked. He asked for her to follow him. Come on, let me be hyper paranoid. One of our highest profile athletes wants to twitter with a porn star? I'm sure it's purely innocent and in the realm of appropriate behavior...but I am a bit gun shy since January.

Not a big deal. No way this affects his play or the team. Now, if Cam McDaniel were tweeting with a pornstar, that'd be a story. I wouldn't expect anything less from Big Lou.

 

There was concern about this affecting the team or himself? I thought this was meant to be funny.

VC seems to think so: "I know it's young men and boys will be boys, but I hope his dialogue with her ends there. Social media has a way of taking on its own life. He should remember that he always represents ND in these matters."

That seems like a pretty benign exchange. It is unfortunate that a person cannot do that without potentially creating the foundation for a damaging publicity campaign.

 

I can easily see why she communicated with Nix. Free publicity for her (I am sure that she knew this would get coverage) and as BK said, Louie will be Louie. I am really going to miss him when he goes.
