I am going to try to stay optimistic that we will keep him, but I think we will have our work cut out for us to keep him. I wish the NCAA would change the whole signing day limitations. It seems to me that they should be allowed to sign a LOC anytime as long as they are a senior. It would certainly keep the chances of last minute pilfering from happening. Allow the kid to w/draw his LOC unconditionally if the head coach leaves before the national signing day deadline. An argument for another day... Those guys that I named would never be playing at ND. The funny thing is. Guys only bring this up when it's good for their team. All the while forgetting how much it has helped ND. Welcome Mr. Hood. The competition for carries in the backfield is gonna be awfully stiff. Saban always says too have good depth at running back you need 6 great players. davislove 0 Posted April 28, 2013 Share Posted April 28, 2013 Now this class has officially started. I don't follow recruiting strongly at this part of the year. Just too many names out there for me. That said, why is there a concern about him wavering? I thought he was a strong ND lean and was expected to commit awhile ago.
