OklahomaIrish
Just visited a USC web site and they are getting ready for their spring game. They have 20 guys that are going to miss the game with injuries. They have 11 players coming off surgeries. They basically have no depth chart for the secondary and will only have one fullback and one tight end available for the spring game. The one bright note was all the players that came in early. I can't imagine what their program would be without them.
jfjkd1965
The best part of that, is that Kiffin had to fill in at RB LMAO!!! USC_Athletics: USC will be without 20 injured players for Saturday's Spring Game. The depth issues are so bad that Lane Kiffin played RB in practice today. Irish 247
Never like to see guys hurt no matter the team, but man is it good to watch USC suffer! The past decade they have shit on teams and ran the score up as much as possible (cough pete carroll cough) looks the the tides have turned. rocketsurgery
You know, I hate to pull for anyone to get hurt, but... if Lane would happen to get decapitated, would it markedly affect his coaching abilities?

Not a mathmetician I see... 0/1=0 0/10=0 0/100=0 0/1000=0 . . . . . He would make a good used car saleman though...selling people crap...and making them feel good about it... OklahomaIrish
Hey, remember how last year at this time USC was loading up with the early entrees and the 5 star recruits. Well, I just saw where rivals has them ranked 10th with 4 commits and an average star ranking of 3.75. Now that isn't too bad, they are ahead of us at #13 and a 3.6 star average, but obviously things are changing. The recruits aren't flocking. Kiffin is in trouble. The numbers crunch should hit them this year harder than ever. They are being more physical in practice and paying the toll with injuries. Secondary and offensive line are very thin. Injuries there could be devastating in the fall.

Baldy
Also, I'm thinking Lane isn't going to be there much longer. The program is falling apart and i love it!
echo88
Also, I'm thinking Lane isn't going to be there much longer. The program is falling apart and i love it! Not true. Lane is playing RB so he will be there for at least 3 years.

LionEyes
Also, I'm thinking Lane isn't going to be there much longer. The program is falling apart and i love it! We should be hoping and praying Lane stays there for a very long time.
OklahomaIrish
I think the best case scenario is that they win 8 games next year which includes winning a mediocre bowl game. Hard to fire a coach showing improvement.

SmittyisIrish4ever
Anyone else see Barkley on Gruden's QB camp? There was a play where Barkley was set to go and Kiffin whistled in at the last second, Matt looked over, ball was snapped, caused a really ugly turnover. Gruden asked him about it and Matt threw Kiffy under the bus and actually sounded really annoyed with Lane and made it sound like he did this often. He really came off sounding like he thought Lane was an idiot.
