What's your source?

Sorry, that was too easy, couldn't resist

no source, just my very uneducated guess based on the their strength of schedule.

Honestly, if ND's offense takes a mild to moderate step forward in scoring, ND has a great shot of being in the game also.

And I am normally not a rose colored glasses guy.

Manziel surprised Saban once. With a bye-week before the A&M game, that won't happen again. So, yes, I agree, Bama's going to Pasedena.

We do have as relatively soft a schedule as you could get playing in the SEC West. That said, aTm & LSU will be difficult, fortunately they are not back to back like last year. I don't expect much from VPI but when that game was scheduled I thought it would be a good test in game 1.

We will also have the SECCG against most likely UGA or FLA if we are fortunate enough to get by aTm and LSU. Either of those teams could be better than they were last year...

Does LSU even have enough guys to field a team next year?

You seem like a pretty decent guy, so I'm not trying to start anything - but I just have 2 questions:

1. Who the hell is VPI?

2. Whoever they are, what on earth would make you believe at any point that they'd be a "good test"? :ranger:

A&M is going to get curbstomped by Bama next year. Saban is not going to let that game off of anyone's calendar until the Sunday after it's over. Personally, I hope they break Manziel in half.

Well, I'll be dipped - can't ever recall seeing them referred to that way. Thanks for the tip.

UGA just got a lot better next year with Aaron Murray deciding to stay in school.

no one uses VPI anymore, I am not sure why they cant use VT... the initials EVERYONE knows.

Very easy schedule, but I keep thinking Tennessee will be good again, I am bound to be right some time right???

the thing that gets me the most on this schedule... 12 games... only 4 TRUE away games... WTF man!?!?

Then again, NOBODY thought aTm had a chance at beating Bama before this season started.

Assuming Bama gets through that schedule they will still have to face a decent team in the SEC Champ game.

Barring Johnny Heisman Joe Jim Bob Football getting in trouble over the summer, I think A&M runs away next year. They manhandled Florida and Bama. I'm just happy we didn't play them Bc they would've beaten us 62-3

Florida had 9!!!! offensive starters carried off the field against A&M and that was A&M's first game at the swamp!

Do they really have 2 bye weeks? How is that? Never seen that before.

We have two bye weeks as well next year.

That sets up pretty nicely for them. As if Saban needs any MORE success to solidify himself as a modern day legend :p

A&M loses Joeckel, their Outland Trophy winner on the OL who is foregoing his senior year for the NFL. Also losing their senior center, and another may go as well. Yes, Bama loses a lot on their OL as well, but their defense should even be better, and this is who a weakened A&M OL will have to face. I see the Tide coming into the great state of Texas, coming off of a bye-week, and finishing some unfinished business with the Aggies who ruined their perfect season and embarrassed Saban in Tuscaloosa. I predict a very long day for Johnny football. The best shot at beating Bama will likely fall to Georgia, given that Murray has decided to return for his senior season. Winner of the SEC championship will again be in Pasadena...unfortunately.

We came out of nowhere in the eyes of the rest of CFB, so who sees another rising power come put of nowhere in 2013?

Can't say TamU sinçe their breakthrough was 2012

What about UCLA? Maybe Texas, or Miami?
